The news you're referring to is 5 hours old... A lot has changed since then...

Perhaps I'm mistaken...but in an ideal forum, comments should be linked to the specific content of the article in question. While I agree that consolidating comments may be appropriate for scientific articles...I believe it's less suitable for ongoing news stories. As new information emerges, comments should be able to address the latest developments accordingly.

You're right in principle, but I'm not sure there's any SNI* that isn't completely dwarfed by the top-level story. In that case we'd just get the same discussion split across several threads with no merit to keeping them separate.

Uh I just checked the news and... It's still a Trump victory.

Implementations of Brainfuck and Piet (https://www.dangermouse.net/esoteric/piet/samples.html) interpreters in the Wolfram Language.

Interesting... This project is built upon "GFPGAN v1.4" (https://github.com/TencentARC/GFPGAN) and "FaceSwap Extension - Automatic 1111 - Proof of Concept" (https://github.com/revolverocelot1/-webui-faceswap-unlocked). The GFPGAN project is grounded on its own in the paper "GFP-GAN: Towards Real-World Blind Face Restoration with Generative Facial Prior" by Wang et al. (https://xinntao.github.io/projects/gfpgan)

This is not a new face swapping technique, it’s a wrapper around inswapper (aka InstantID, an IP adapter): https://github.com/haofanwang/inswapper

A complement to the Bohr–Mollerup theorem is the Wielandt theorem (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wielandt_theorem) which characterizes the gamma function for all the complex numbers.

I wonder why gs-quant/gs_quant/timeseries/statistics.py contains the SIR compartmental model class for infectious disease transmission, as well as the SEIR model (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compartmental_models_in_epidem...)...

Fantastic! Now, with Gaussian splat rendering!
