Hi HN

I built Brandolia.io, an AI tool that generates a full brand identity from just a name and a sector.

It creates:

Logo

Color palette

Typography

Slogan

Storytelling

Brand positioning

The goal was to remove the friction between an idea and a professional brand.

This started as a personal problem: branding takes time, money, and coordination.

I’m building this in public and would love feedback from founders, designers, and marketers.

Hi HN

I’ve been building Magiclip, a tool that helps creators and businesses turn long videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, gameplay) into short-form viral clips automatically.

The problem

Repurposing content is extremely time-consuming:

Watching hours of footage

Finding the right moments

Adding subtitles, hooks, formats

Reposting everywhere

Most creators know they should do it — but don’t.

What Magiclip does

You upload a video → Magiclip:

Detects engaging moments

Generates short clips

Adds clean subtitles

Optimizes them for TikTok, Reels & Shorts

No editing skills required.

Why I built it

I was doing this manually for my own content and client projects. I wanted a one-click pipeline instead of 2–3 hours per video.

Current state

Early users onboarded

Still iterating heavily

Very open to feedback

https://app.magiclip.io

Would love your thoughts — especially from creators or people automating content workflows.

Hey HN

I kept seeing founders stuck for weeks on branding before even shipping an MVP. So I built Brandolia — an AI that generates a complete brand identity in ~60 seconds.

You enter:

Brand name

Industry

It generates:

Logo

Color palette

Typography

Slogan

Brand storytelling

Marketing angles

No designers. No prompts. No endless iterations.

This started as an internal tool for my own SaaS projects… then friends asked for access… then it turned into a product.

Would love your feedback:

What part of branding slows you down the most?

What would you never trust AI with in branding?

Hi HN,

I’m the maker of Brandolia — an AI tool that generates a complete brand identity in a few minutes.

Not just a logo, but:

logo concepts

color palette

typography

slogan & brand story

brand guidelines (like a mini brand book)

The idea came from a simple frustration: Every side project I built died early because branding took too much time (or money).

Instead of hiring an agency or stitching together 5 different tools, I wanted one system that does everything, instantly.

How it works (high level):

You describe your project (name, industry, vibe, audience)

The AI generates all brand assets consistently

You can iterate like with a real agency (refine, regenerate, adjust)

Who it’s for:

indie hackers & solo founders

early-stage startups

creators launching quickly

agencies that want to speed up client work

Tech stack (simplified):

React

Supabase

Edge Functions

OpenAI models

I’m not claiming this replaces top-tier agencies — but it’s been extremely useful for fast launches and MVPs.

Would love honest feedback from the HN community:

What feels missing?

What would stop you from using something like this?

Is branding still a pain point for you?

Happy to answer questions. Brandolia → https://brandolia.io

Hi HN,

A few months ago, I kept seeing the same problem everywhere: Founders had great products… but terrible branding.

Either they:

Paid $2k–$10k to agencies they couldn’t afford

Or spent weeks juggling tools (logo here, colors there, copy somewhere else)

So I built Brandolia.

It’s an AI-powered brand identity generator that creates, in minutes:

A logo

A color palette

Typography

Brand voice & storytelling

Social content ideas

A brand book founders can actually use

The goal wasn’t “AI magic”. It was removing friction from launching a serious brand fast.

What surprised me most:

Non-designers got usable, consistent brands

Agencies started testing it internally

Founders used it to validate ideas before spending money

Still early, still learning, still shipping.

Happy to answer questions or get roasted by HN

We’re building Brandolia.io, an AI tool that generates complete brand identities from a simple brief.

Instead of producing isolated assets, Brandolia focuses on coherence: logo, color palette, typography, brand voice, storytelling, and a ready-to-use brand structure.

The problem we wanted to solve was simple: Most founders either spend weeks stitching branding pieces together — or skip branding entirely.

Brandolia is designed to:

Give a clear starting point

Save time at the very beginning of a project

Produce something usable, not just “inspiration”

We didn’t try to build a design replacement. We built a brand foundation generator.

Still early, still improving, but it’s already changing how people approach the first step of building a company.

Happy to hear feedback from builders and designers.

Hi HN,

Over the past few months I’ve been building something I needed myself: an AI that can create a complete brand identity from scratch — not just a logo, but an entire visual + strategic system.

It’s called Brandolia.io.

Instead of hiring a designer + strategist + copywriter, the tool generates:

a full logo (vector-style or realistic)

color palette

typography suggestions

slogan & value proposition

a brand story

social media content

and a downloadable brand identity document

All in ~30 seconds, from a single prompt.

Why I built it: I noticed many entrepreneurs (especially early-stage founders, freelancers, students, micro-brands) don’t have the budget or the time to hire an agency, but still need a clean, coherent identity to look credible.

A few technical notes for the curious:

Logos are generated via a custom pipeline using GPT-image models

Copy (slogan, tone, story, tagline, etc.) is built through layered GPT-4 prompts

The brand book is compiled on the fly and exported as HTML/PDF

There is rate-limiting, token accounting, and Supabase functions to keep costs predictable

The goal is to feel like a “mini branding agency” running fully on AI

You can test it here: https://www.brandolia.io

I’d love feedback from HN — UX, technical architecture, what to improve, what’s missing, what feels unnecessary, etc.

Also curious: Would you use something like this for early prototypes, pitch decks, school projects, or real businesses?

Happy to answer any technical questions.

I’ve been experimenting with Sora 2 and built a small workflow that injects short Sora-generated scenes into clips to boost retention.

Pipeline:

Take any long video.

Detect highlights automatically.

Generate 4-8s Sora scenes based on punchlines.

Insert them in the right moment.

Export as ready-to-post short videos.

It works surprisingly well for explaining abstract concepts (marketing, psychology, storytelling). Retention increases were noticeable for most early testers.

If anyone wants to see how the workflow behaves in practice, you can test the integration here:

(Sora 2 early access inside the editor)

Curious if others are using Sora 2 in production pipelines — happy to exchange ideas

I built Brandolia.io, an AI tool that generates complete brand identities in a few minutes. You enter the business name + description, and it creates:

A custom logo

A full color palette

Typography suggestions

A slogan & brand story

Social media content

A website draft

A downloadable brand book

The goal is simple: Help small businesses, Shopify sellers, and new founders get a professional brand identity without paying hundreds or waiting weeks.

Here’s a blog post that explains how it works and compares it to other tools: https://www.brandolia.io/blog-logo-maker-shopify-stores.html

Open to feedback from designers, founders or agency owners.

Text : I’ve been building a small tool called Brandolia, originally for myself because freelancers and small businesses around me kept asking for logos, color palettes, storylines, names, etc.

Instead of generating just a logo, the tool builds an entire brand identity automatically:

logo

color palette

typography

brand story + slogan

positioning

visual guidelines

landing page text

social media starter kit

All in less than a minute.

I built it solo (Supabase + OpenAI + Deno Edge Functions + a lot of prompt engineering), and I was surprised by how many non-technical users struggle with branding even more than with website creation.

Brandolia now has a few thousand users, and I'm trying to understand if there’s a real market demand for “full brand identity generation” vs. “just logo generation.”

I’d love feedback from HN on:

Whether this solves a real problem you’ve seen yourself or in your company

What features would actually matter to make it useful long term

Whether automated branding can coexist with design agencies or will always stay a niche tool

Site: https://brandolia.io (would appreciate critical feedback on UX, speed, and consistency)
