I'd be more worried that a replacement product wouldn't be available after 2 years of use. 2 years seems quite good for a small product.
As a tangential question, how do people find the new pebbles? I prefer a smartwatch that lasts more than a couple of days between charges. And want one with a screen that stays on. The Fitbit Charge 3 I had never detected raising my arm.
The original Devstral was a collaboration between All Hands AI (OpenHands) and Mistral [1]. You can use it with other agents but had to transfer over the prompt. Even then, the agents still didn't work that well. I tried it in RooCline and it worked extremely poorly with the tool calls.
I'm not excited that it's done in python. I've had experience with Aider struggling to display text as fast as the llm is spitting it out, though that was probably 6 months ago now.
Great analogy if it pays off.
I'd wonder how it competes with nuclear for scale and existing gas turbines for cost and efficiency.
