I'd go further and seize all financial assets of their parents, siblings, children, et al. Those around them that allowed such criminality to be executed should suffer as well.

We would need a Constitutional amendment removing the President's power of pardon first. Otherwise, from now on (also thanks to SCOTUS) any administration and anyone the administration chooses is simply above the law.
