That hasn't been a problem so far. A lot of candidates start new projects, and that's fine too. If you can't think of anything you would want to work on, that's a pretty bad sign for us.

What happened in the worst case scenarios? Did anyone turn up with no project or fumbled at adding a feature to their project?
