YES IT IS. I literally am not able to enter some things, like a `>` quote followed by a line that is NOT a quote.

There is a workaround for this which works quite well. Press the down arrow 1-2 times, and you escape the quoted context.

The problem here is that generally the arrow keys are in awkward positions unfortunately.
