It's quite expensive, but I guess it's more intended to be used professionally rather than just archiving the whole internet. As in, just archive what you really want.

Let's hope the domain administrator of the Cocos Islands (.cc) doesn't adversely change their policies any time soon, or all these supposedly permanent links will be permanently gone.
