Please, this is the entire point of these laws.


Crypto is a complete scam and unfortunately a lot of poor people in India are taken advantage of. Good of the govt to crush crypto scams. Let them cry human rights abuse as much as amnesty wants.


Religious fundamentalists keeping the poor, women, and other nationalities and other religions down with structural and systematic discrimination. No surprises here.


All anti-money laundering regulations cracks down on human rights.

Anyone who opened a crypto account with a regulated brokerage was abused.

If your right to property was respected they couldn't force you to spend extra time and money to exercise it, or limit how you can exercise it.

It's a matter of scope and degree. If government doesn't like you, you get a VIP treatment.
