The “industry experts” have been predicting the impending demise of China for years, to the point where I don’t consider them any more informative than a PRNG. My recommendation to folks: when it comes to “foreign adversaries”, don’t get high on your own propaganda. I see a lot of that on this site.


China isn't going to collapse from anything except demographics and they don't have a monopoly in this type of "collapse". I would expect the next decades to see massive advancements in robotics to the point where elder care and menial labor (e.g. produce harvesting) has been automated.
