Cool. Once IT removed Minecraft from my company PC, I created a bootable USB key, and used it to install Linux to a USB key in another port, as if it was a normal ssd. Worked smoothly. Played a lot of Minecraft with that machine like that, it became sort of a personal install. Hooray for the flexibility of Linux.
