most of the criticism seems to assume that it produces low quality products. but I've found it produces the quality level set by the supervisor. And hand coded code quality has been very low for a long time, evidenced by decline of code quality in consumer products and services. So I'm hoping AI with the right supervision will start to improve code quality.
